Our story
For more than 40 years, this office has been part of the Billerica community. Today it's led by Dr. Thien Tran, carrying on the legacy of Dr. Cedrone for the patients here — many of whom have been coming back for decades, and some who found us through good, old-fashioned word of mouth.
What's stayed the same is the feel of the place: personal, independent, and unmistakably a neighborhood office. You'll see Dr. Tran and the same familiar team at every visit — not whoever happens to be working that day.
We're not part of a corporate chain, and we don't answer to one. Every decision about your care is made by the people in this office, and every appointment is paced to what you actually need — never rushed through to make room for the next patient.

Dr. Thien Tran
Owner & dentist
Dr. Tran, a Chelmsford native and graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, has spent the past decade practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in New Hampshire, California, and the Boston area. Now settled back home, Dr. Tran is dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. He prioritizes his patients, working closely with each one to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and concerns.
Outside of the office, you will most likely find Dr. Tran spending time with his family, dragging his kids around to explore Boston, or taking long walks on the beach.
